It all started in 2004 when founder Jet Ramirez — a Queens native with a passion for authentic Italian flavors — quit his corporate job and invested everything into a tiny storefront on Queens Blvd. His dream was simple: create a jet's pizza experience that felt like family dinner every single night.

Using a recipe passed down through three generations, Jet perfected a slow-fermented dough that bakes to a blistered, airy perfection in a flame-powered deck oven. Word spread block by block. Within two years, lines wrapped around the corner on weekend evenings.

Today, Jet's pizza serves thousands of happy customers across Woodside and the greater New York area — still using the same dough, the same sauce, and the same belief that great pizza starts with great ingredients and even greater care.

Kitchen Expansion

We double our kitchen capacity, add two new ovens, and launch our signature Detroit-style deep dish — which immediately becomes a bestseller.

Jet's pizza goes digital. Our new online ordering platform brings jets pizza to customers across the entire borough within 45 minutes.
